Instant Kesar Elaichi Shrikhand

• 150 grams of sour cream
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 3 or 4 cardamon’s powdered
• pinch of saffron (Kesar)

Step 1

Take a mixing bowl and add the sour cream.

Step 2

Keep mixing/beating the sour cream for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add the strands of saffron ( soak in warm water for 5 minutes) and add , powdered sugar and mix well.

Step 4

Now add elachi / cardamom powder and mix well

Step 5

Tadaaa!!!
